October 18: Alaska Day- steering committee meets for delegate selection.
November 1: Delegates notified of decision.
November 15: Delegates inform coordinators of commitment to participate.
November 18: Final delegate selection announced
January 3: Possible travel day
January 4-7: Conference of Young Alaskans 2012
January 7-8: Steering Committee debrief and possible travel day.
